Primoz Pizza- Mayfield Heights

I love Primoz Pizza! I'm so happy they opened up. I ordered 2 XL pepperoni pizzas and went to pick them up. When I went into the restaurant there was a nice guy there that greeted me immediately and asked if I was picking up. He quickly went and got my pizzas and handed them to me. There also was a delightful woman who works there who assisted me with purchasing a 2 liter pop. I love it when a person loves theor job! I always like to check my food orders before I leave any establishment so I did. My eyes got so big when I saw the freshly baked pizza looking so yummy. It smelled amazing and was cheesy. The crust was pillowy and soft so you can eat the entire piece. The sauce was delicious and just the right amount too. My kid loves the pizza too so it's a hit. Overall my experience in person interacting with the staff was wonderful just like the pizza. The store was spotless and clean. Those are the types of things I think about when it's time to order pizza again in the future. I definitely be back for more!

Primoz has excellent pizza and wings; we have never been dissatisfied, but more than that, the customer service is unbelievable. Every time we have gone the food quality and service are immaculate but today my 13 y/o and his friend went and encountered Maru who was so kind to them that she brought me to tears. She was so impressed with their decorum that she upgraded them to a medium from a small and left the sweetest note on the pizza box. The world needs more of this! Thank you Primoz and Maru! We are customers for life!

This pizza is delicious. So amazingly good. It reminds me of my childhood. I've been searching for this style of pizza since I've moved to the area. Just soooo dang good. Great job! Yum!

This place is the best! Amazing pizza and great daily deals. It is so festive inside the way it is decorated for the holidays! One of the owners who wears the deer antlers is so friendly and uplifting and even offered me some candy! She makes Primoz Mayfield feel like a community business and not like a chain. Keep it up!

6/1/2025 Update Pizza's still the best Discontinued stocking the vegan cheesecake. Hope they bring it back some day, it was delicious. Added picture is the signature West Side Market pizza with vegan cheese. Just delicious I've been coming to the Mayfield Heights location for a while. My orders are processed on time and I've never experienced not receiving what I actually ordered. I order the signature pizza's, but with the vegan cheese and the variety of the signature pizza's is great. This photo is of the medium Parmageddon pizza, with the vegan cheese, minus the black olives and I added pineapple topping out of the listed toppings. Absolutely delicious I love the wings and variety of sauces. They give you plenty of sauce on the wings, you never need to ask for extra sauce. It is well worth the money!

Just a nice place to get pizza. Tastes just like going to a bowling alley as a kid, good pizza. Maddy, hope I'm spelling that right, did a great job at the counter with me and the one blonde worker has a nice personality. This place is better than the university heights one too :)

I was hungry for pizza and wanted to try something new. I’d heard good things about Primoz, and thought I’d give it a shot. I was really surprised by their selection—they have a huuuuge menu and a lot of customization options. I tried ordering online but my internet went out so I called instead. The lady who answered was pretty patient with me as I asked a few questions about the different sauces (the Fuego sounded pretty good, but I’m not super into spicy food). Landed on a classic pie, and maaaaan it did not disappoint! I My roommate and I destroyed it. Liked it so much we called the next day (got the same girl haha, whatup Meroo). We’ll definitely be going back! Thanks Primoz!

The best pizza I’ve had in a very long time. The customer service was exceptional. I forget the blonde woman’s name, but she was spectacular. I’ll definitely visit again soon.
